One of the challenges in service is communicating to another party about the problems that are found with particuar equipment.
For lenses there is now an easy method. For this purpose the LumaCon's software has built-in evaluation reports which not only record the experienced problem, but also the parameters of the measurement.
These reports make communication (with for example an external- or centralized service-provider) much easier because they record the problems objectively. And as all parammeters of the measurement are also recorded, the exact measurement can be reproduced on a LumaCon "at the other side of the world".
